Happy Marketing Monday ~

I’ve been working on some fun/engaging marketing for my business and I just wanted to share a quick, no cost tip that gets me extra sales each week. When I (or my customer support team) email directly with a customer, I add a P.S. to my signature that may be of interest to them. For example, customers are very likely looking forward to the possibility of travel, I add "PS. Have you seen our stunning new luggage colours?" And, of course, I make it a hyperlink back to the product. I'm attaching some other examples of what we’ve been testing with signatures. Our team has each signature saved so support can choose the one they feel matches the customer as they’re replying. This doesn’t feel market-y and really does drive some extra sales!
